your device is a AT&T variant, nowhere the bands are mentioned. but there is a trick to find out, just follow this
1.dial - *#0011# in dial screen
2.then press options (capacitive key on the left of home button) then choose back in the menu
3.then again options then select key input then enter 'Q'
4.then again options then select key input then enter '0000'
5.wait for sometime in the new menu select UMTS-->DEBUG SCREEN-->PHONE CONTROL-->NETWORK CONTROL-->BAND SELECTION-->LTE BAND PREFERENCE
then see LTE B3 or B5 are there if found then it will support jio

Stop being greedy for new OS. Use Note 3 happily. Buy a laptop ifyou want to change the OS frequently.

EH, 07 Dec 2016Owned samsung galaxy note 3 and all I can it is a beautiful... moreI've owned the Note 3 since Sept-2013. 2014. 2015. 2016. That's almost 3 1/2 years. Its been a great phone that entire time. I'm an active ('power') user and have found it very capable and consistent. Tremendous Android functionality, even after approaching four years. Great price now ($200 to $300) if you want it (via Amazon or other sources). Chip set and display (388 ppi?) are solid and at par with best of class out there even now (end of 2016).
