At some point during the update on your note (this would be after the download) your laptop will loose the wifi signal due to the reboot of the Note 3.

If I want to update my Note 3 via pc suite, can I still use my Note 3 hotspot to connect my laptop and successfully complete the update or must I get another WiFi or hotspot device? pls I need answer on this asap cos am ready to click download update.

By the way I am posting in Samsung pages because I am using Samsung units. I am not like other trolls commenting negative in pages of phones they are not using.
And even I am using iPhone 4, it's been a long time since I visited iPhone 4 page but now I am not interested in iPhone anymore. Sorry, bye bye Apple.

This Note 3 continuous to impress me everyday. yesterday i was playing around with the wifi direct feature. I came across a view options i never new was there.
Share shot- The ability to take a picture and share it at the same time with another device connected via wifi direct. (no wifi hotspot required)
Remote viewfinder- The ability to to take a pic using the viewfinder of another connected device via wifi direct.
Just check out these options under the camera options, they awesome.

Hils, 19 Jul 2014Pls if i back up my apps using Samsng Kies b4 doing factory... moreWhat I do know that the data components or "miscellaneous" of the apps can be saved, along with phone logs, SMS, etc. I usually use TitaniumBackup to restore all the apps simultaneously, since I have root. You need to restore the apps one by one if you are not root that makes the TitaniumBackup work.
Anyone correct me if this is not the case anymore. It's been a while since I did a hard reset.

But I had s... moreIf you are using 2 premium sets then its the best policy to use the other one for its camera only and it is true that even some premium cameras also failed in front of 808, and to use it at its best. I was very fascinated by the specs of 808 regarding cameras but still its hefty price is only acceptable due to its camera quality and I am not much of camera person so I decided to go for the set which serves me all the purposes I need, as a secondary I use Lumia 920, its OIS is great for videos and due to its Windows synchronisation with One Drive I like it much. But primary is Note 3 as I reduce my laptop use very much after getting this beast.

Hai friends. I am enjoying my n 9005 from one month and I was using my previous phone note 2 headset I just try with note 3 headset today. .its totally flat on volume, quality. .very poor. .did anyone experienced this problem. .I am using an additional equalizer for rich quality. It's working for MX player also. .Some of my 4k videos did the read it's stock player. U can solve the 4k recording limit of 5 minutes of your stock camera by adding a video app cinema fv 5..For those who looking for professional quality images please try some available apps with manual controls on brightness, contrast, colour, sharpness and much more u can feel stunning difference. .try it. Thanks. .One more thing. .again the price slashed here to below 2000 AED. .

It is not yet confirmed, how come you know it is ... moreHai. .I just backup all data to sd card, and the call logs and messages backed up by my back up pro (reware) online, after resetting the phone I restored all from sd card and working fine. But when I restored the data from my back up pro call logs only installed ,my important messages comes as a zip file to it's default folder. .I tried to unzip many times. ? Please guide me to retrieve those important messages. .Thanks.

But I had sold away my Sony 16mp point and shoot camera after buying N808. Now, do you want me to sell away my N808 and buy a dedicated camera? ha ha ha It's better to wash your's! Rather than whashing mine! I use another sim in it. So you better be mum!

If you were willing to carry a second device just for camera surely you would get a good point and shoot or even an SLR? Camera phones will never come close to the quality an SLR provides.

I did a lot of study between Note3 and Lumia 1520 and chose Note3. It satisfies me a lot in every aspect! But the only problem is,,, it gets heated while on net or play games or watch videos! Battery drains fast. If I don't use the above, it easily survives more than a day! I won't use a phone more than 8 months! I had spent 40k INR. But no problem!
I haven't tried ios so far! I may go for iphone 6 with 5.5''. Till then I'll enjoy Note3.
