It didn't happen in my Note 2 till... moreYou need to go anger managent fella,he or she is saying how it is on his or her phone, you must have a cheap version of note 3 for all these nasty updates have accumilated over the last 12 months for you to be so defensive that it makes your 3yr old device to work fine,that's ok but don't knock everyone else because its RUINED there phone,and there for carnt sell it or afford to buy a a other !

remus, 18 Sep 2016hi all , those idiots from google deleted all my data when ... moreTry telling the idiots who praised it over the last 6 months,they don't come in here anymore because they got egg on there face,kitkat runs this phone perfectly,never buy a phone above kitkat,marshmellow and nougat will all have the same problems,its a no brainer,kitkat all the way !

hi all , those idiots from google deleted all my data when updating to lollypop. What are they complete nutcases releasing a soft without proper testing. make sure you backup your data when upgrading android. that lollipop is a complete garbage anyway so its not worth to upgrade.

It's true that Android 5.0 Lollipop isn't the best version for Galaxy Note 3. But after receiving the recent update (Security patch & various bug fixes) , I must say that the device is performing much better than then. I'd take few days to settle down and perform normally. But after that it starts to perform normally as it was in KitKat. I also hated Lollipop back then but after receiving the recent update i realized that the issues have been solved up to some extent. Having considering the new features which Lollipop has, I'd rater stay with Lollipop than downgrading my Note3 to KitKat...

Marshmallow update for the S4 and the Note 3 will never be released. Samsung has moved on and has given out the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow update to a lot of Galaxy devices from 2014-2015, including the Galaxy Note 4, Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S5, and Galaxy S6. But the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy S4 are still stuck on Android Lollipop. And always will be,forget it or move on like I did, sorry but that's just the way it is,sammy don't care cus they took your hundreds of pounds and that's gota pay to put the note 7 battery right,think twice b4 buying sammy phones,enjoy kitkat ;-)

I updated my Note 3 N9005 to lollipop and iv not had a problems. My battery life has been fine considering its about 2 years old and im a heavy user of my smartphone
