You came back. Again, anyone can use the Note 3 WITHOUT the S Pen. Anyone can opt NOT to have an extra battery as the Note 3 has a good battery stamina.
The S Pen or the Wacom digitizer is a big feature, unlike none for the any Xperia phones. It does not "destroy your phone screen". "Z2 is free from above problems*****"
Well, here's the an expected problem I see on the Z2. I tested the technology of a pencil being used as stylus from the Xperia Z Ultra and Z1. It leaves pencil marks, has no palm rejection and constantly cannot register the pencil tip half the time:

The S Pen has palm rejection, meaning it cancels touch input while the S Pen is detected. No problems of pencils smudges too.
Z2 is only in 16GB model. Note 3's regular offering is 32GB.
A fixed battery and the expected short battery life of the Z2 as like for all the Xperia Z series, I'd find it annoying just to keep it plugged in for power.
And the Z2 is not entirely plastic free. Its sides are plastic for reception, and the white will stain and will not age well:

2) About S-Pen :- It is useful for drawing beautiful sketches apart from taking notes. Using S-Pen Doesn't make screen sluggish or degrade. It has a dedicated digitilizer for it.
3) About Design :- Polycarbonate is more stronger as compared to glass. It can absorb falls as compared to glass.
4) waterproof :- who is gonna be too careless with their costly handset. And ur taking as if ur living in a waterworld surrounded by water
5) Screen :- Amoled Have Deeper black and true colours its yoyr own perception if you dont like it.

Spen& removable battery make you more busy
It takes your precious time for at least taking in& out spen and battery if you are business man!
In future removable battery will become handicap and it is for low quality phone!
Note3 lacks water& dust proof , so you have lost your important data in sudden drop to water!
Caring note3 like a pet dog is a duty for your daily life
Moreover Often use spen destroy your phone screen and it takes your money ,note3 is completely devoid of flagship quality!
Z2 is free from above problems*****
Moreover Z2 has better chipset , better display with Live colour Led IPS tec, better camera, better premium design with Ominibalance tec,
And Z2 has new innovative sound tec accompanied with MDR NC31 EM noise cancelling headset and stereo speakers*****
Besides z2 has only one chipset in worldwide
so you can enjoy happily same performance in global!

my note 3 updated to kit kat and its working great. so am happy with it. only thing is my s viewer isnt working anymore. but samsung is sending a fix for it. so heres hopin.:)

Sold my iphone5 for note 3. Good decision since im looking for a bigger and brighter screen. Battery is excellent. I don't have to bring my power bank anymore. Not unlike with my iphone5 I have to charge it twice a day. Things I dont like is the sound quality of the music player, its not that good compared to iphone5 specially if your using Bluetooth headphones. The other is the camera although it has higher pixel rating compared to iphone5, pictures are not the clear specially for low light conditions. I'll go back to apple if they will release a phone with at least 5.5in screen size.

I live in India ( delhi ) i recently bought note 3 indian version from flipkart .
Person are you fool complaing about this beast
hardcore gaming is just awesome and browsing is lighting fast due to Superb 16 mbps airtel plan why need 4G.
LTE connectivity is just as bad as *shit*
in delhi .
Airtel 3G is just awesome Downloading a 1GB game for eg:-fifa 14 only 15-20mins .Lte will not establish till end of April buy a netgear wi-fi router and enjoy 4G speed @3G rates

I was quoting from Wikipedia. Present Super AMOLED screens of S4 and Note 3 are even more brighter under sunlight with auto brightness mode. It doesn't mean Note 2 is bad. I used the Note 2 for 11 months and it still is very good with a vibrant screen.
I still use my Note 8 with TFT, and it's screen is clear enough. The worst types of screens have been Xperia phones with terrible viewing angles that discolors or aren't eligible. Z2 has promised to end that with some good reviews of late.
