They love their aluminum bodied device... which they wrap with casings made of plastic, silicon, leatherette and screen protectors that are terribly been worn out with corners sticking out. When they see me doing something like remote controlling the projector, and then mirroring my screen onto the the screen wireless, they'd ask how they could do that with their iPhones.
IPhone on LTE only lasts just above 3 hours continuously, according to them. They need to constantly recharge every time they'd see an outlet. They think that's normal.
A 4" screen was like the bomb 3 years ago. Its darn too little for me to watch something on it. Everyone has their personal screen preference, and I can understand that. I like big screens but if it doesn't fit my pockets, I'm not inclined to bringing it along as my daily device. And the Note 3 does fit.
You can turn off the hover finger preview. I find it useful for going through emails fast on the Note.
Taking down notes fast with the built-in S Note app using the S Pen is a whole lot faster and dynamic with diagrams or quick sketches. I usually use blank, unlined pages. You can cross out, erase fast, switch to different pens or brushes. Thoughts are free flowing, unobstructed, and you can jump to a blank space to indicate something. It's built for the individual's creative process. It's different if you're just typing words like I'm doing now.
Word processing apps like Polaris is not the greatest when it comes to zooming in. What it shows is the format for a normal PC screen. That's understandable because that's how it's going to come out to be printed. But I do appreciate the excel function of Polaris as I edit spreadsheets daily on the go. It even accommodates split scrolling for big tables. Extremely useful enough than carrying bigger devices to do the same thing.
A Tab 2 isn't something I'd advice using fur productivity as its battery is so limited. I'd advice an Apple first generation iPad mini for its 10 hours of accumulated screen time usage on one charge. I personally have a Galaxy Note 8 that last only half of the time compared to the iPad mini.

apple is far behind Samsung and note 3 is far better in any competition than iphone5s. In Softwere in hardwere in sensors in usb, in screen resolutions, in battery in everithing..

Apple wins another patent court case against Samdung. Samsung to pay Apple $930million fine. Viewing from another angle, who do they get their revenge on? The customers. They produce cheap phones with inferior materials and sell at sky rocket high prices. SMH...
Can't samsung just stop copying? Why is Apple not suing every other manufacturer? Shame on Samsung.

Recovery mode ( hold power button + volume up + home button) at same time. Make sure you backup all you data to pic first and used easy backup at play store for backup contact and messages.

Customization is a big benefit of using android...
iPhone is all about simplicity to the end user, not the developers...it is simple where it should be and complex where it should be...
Not at all, its not just a touch screen music player...there are a hell lot of things real things done with it...i know there are restrictions, even those which are not supposed to be...
Swipe keyboard i think is copyrighted...but still u can download if u want to in iPhone...
The way new launches are made every year i don't want the jargon of too deep customization of a single device like the way it will interact at certain commands...i have enough of it at my work...
While technically that can be correct about AMOLED but i have personally seen the screen of S4 and its so translucent...iOS 7 gives translucent effect not translucent colors...somehow watching video looks good but the menu and overall color reproduction is not ok...
I am better with search than hovering finger at exactly the right space given the oversensitive nature of android os...its plain fancy to me while in windows it is useful...
The only use-ability of S pen as i see now is in Drawing...i love drawing...rest i think i can only know if its useful or useless after i actually use it...
Sorry didn't have time to search for it and am just taking your word right now for the USB 3...appreciate it...
Copy pasting is ok my friend but i don't think some of us have the liberty of stimulating brains the way u said...i assume you can comprehend what it is to solve a 32 variable logarithmic function...each and every part of your brain is consumed in it...thats productivity...And i believe we need an actual pc for it not a device which is only full of gimmick features...u know even a simple CV made in polaris office which was given by default in my Galaxy tab doesn't turn out to be presentable... All lines spacings and fonts miss-match when opened in an actual PC...i tried it also with iPhone in Quick office and the result was different yet the same...everything feels very gimmicky and stale...not even to speak for actual presentations...i know it can still prove useful if in tight spots...but then whats the difference in productivity...its the work that counts end of the day and not where you did it...and giving too many useful things for doing the same job actually doesn't increase productive, rather lames it...jack of all trades master of none types...
At least iPhone gives best what it can without majority of gimmicks...and builds future platforms for developers rather than just the megapixel and CPU RAM wars... No its not for simple people limited people, its for variety of people...the ones who work their brains and ass hard out and really know respective parts of the technology they work in and who do really believe in class included...
I agree nothing is flawless...but i do had to download an over 1 gb game 7 times on my galaxy tab 2 for it had to be formatted...and had to begin from start as i refused to connect fb account with it (anyways thats my call)...
I have a question here... Do u know a way to back up apps on computer...the full app with all the data...like we can in iTunes ??
My apologies if i have done such a thing, i do not intend to...m not an Apple salesman...

Note 3 is the best device right now in the market. Sony smartphones are far behind(no sensors, lag ram, slower, and no features)

This portrait of Arya Stark I did using the Note II with Adobe Photoshop Touch. Pretty much enjoyed doing all the details with the Wacom digitizer (S Pen) which is industry grade tool in digital drawing. The airbrushing here was done with the pressure control with the S Pen. Of course you wouldn't know what I'm talking about.

We are trained to be keen observers of activities and spaces. Sketching provides that more than picture taking.
So how would you know that sketching is "flawless" in the Z2 that hasn't been sold yet? Have you tried? Even with your Z1? I don't think so. Show us, since you're so adamant about Z2.
