The wireless cover for the Note 3 just got cheaper, and I wanted it mainly it's slightly thicker than the original cover, leveling to the main camera bump that wobbles the Note 3 if you don't have anyting wrapped at the back.

This is what I mean:

I got myself a nice clean aluminum bumper and the thicker wireless back cover does flushes out the camera hump for the Note 3 to be steady on a flat surface when I need to sketch or jot notes. The side bumper gives the Note 3 a nicer feel and look:

And going against my advice from not buying wireless charging, I went ahead and also bought the charging pad.

I'm practically not plugging to the micro USB to charge to reduce the risk of damaging it with constant jacking daily. Best of both worlds - opportunistic charging at home or work, and changing to fresh batteries while in the field. I'm always cautious not leaving my Note 3 when I'm not in my desk.

Stick with your N7000 if you want the dangling headset wires while listening to radio.

You don't see me going to the iPhone 5, 5c and 5s pages. I already know they only do basic features and now copied stuff from Android.

one day after I purchased it, in fact after the first auto update of the apps (Play store), the remote control refused to work. Before that it was ok.
and... I will never ever upgrade it to kitkat, i have 4.3 :)

Yes, it is a phone. It can also act as WiFi hotspot, as a TV remote... So why not a wallet?

"Disadvantage if you lost the phone, your important cards/ID will go with it and the risk, it will cost you more than the S-view cover amount, not to mention the inconvenience of replacing your lost ID's/cards."

I have lost cards before (fortunately need not to replace and simply got them back) but never my phone. So isn't it better to keep my cards with it to be assured I won't lose them again?

"Put your cash and card in your leather wallet. Phones are more prone to getting lost or stolen than your wallet."

Think about it this way. You put your PHONE down to get your WALLET out, then you put your WALLET back in your pocket/bag and take out the PHONE again. So yes, it IS more prone to getting stolen because you are focused on your WALLET and not your PHONE, unless of course you're the careful type or you can keep both items in hand at the same time.

"You mentioned 'that the magnet affects the S Pen and might somehow damage it so I refrained from getting a casing with magnets', don't you know that cards have magnetic strips?"

Get your credit card and hold the magnetic part near the screen, and try to write on the screen with the pen. Works? Yep. Next, get a flip cover with a magnetic clasp and try to write on the screen. Works? Depends on the position of the clasp (either on the front or back) and the magnet used. Before you say a "don't you know...?" rhetorical question, please know what you are asking. Magnets are used for different things and they have different strengths. So, a credit card or whatever card with a simple magnetic strip is not the same as a magnet found in a magnetic clasp. Do paper-clips stick to your credit card?

Going back to my original post, I asked if a snap-on case will chip off the metal sides of the phone if put on and off a few times. The second issue, I meant if someone else might have had experience their S Pen acting funny when inside that type of magnetic-clasped casing, they could share with us.

But thank you for your time.
