The defects of note 3 are:
    Hairsplitting apps*
humidity~ note3 has not waterproof so it is impossible to measure humidity
Spen~ Using spen most frequently will destroy touch display
    4k video~ it is merely to fool note3 users;
Of course, Amoled can't produce 4k resolution!
3g ram~ it is for advertisement and it is useless in real life
    No durability*
The concept of note3 is quantity!
It is made of plastic and has over large screen
You are likely to experience sudden drop to water, or floor!
So ,you have loss of data, phone number, note and file!
Over viewing angle& over saturated colour*
Amoled is over vivid! It is good at direct sunlight but
for indoor use, your eyes suffer from unnatural extreme light! It distrub your privacy!!
That's why, note3 is a plastic toy you should not buy#!

winjilcom, 20 Dec 2013Take Galaxy S4, it's a Perfect size for your Hands and in y... moreAfter using a Note 3 the S4 screen is pitifully small.
The note 3 is fine in your pocket in most cases (not skinny jeans).

The concept of the Galaxy Note series is basically the small notebook. Think Moleskine A6 or passport size. They fit pockets.

And what would a notebook be without a pen? The S Pen goes beyond just mere controlling the UI. Is actually a Wacom active digitizer. Never a capacitive pen.

You can use the S Pen to draw better details than a finger. None drawing folks can still use the Note without it. It's great for handwriting input too.

It's been 2 weeks and the battery lasts some 5 hours of screen time operation like the Note 2 per charge. It's pretty efficient enough since the Note 3 has a better processor, higher resoltioned screen and more features.

Hi to all Note 3 Users again.

I got my Note 3 last weekend but I am having problems on connecting to my 3G network after disconnecting from the Wi-Fi area. The phone works fine with Wi-Fi until it disconnected and unable connect back to the 3G data.

I had tried to uncheck the Auto Network Switch in the WI-Fi Advanced options. Still the problems persists to me. As for current being, I need to toggle between the Flight Mode to get my back my 3G connection which is definitely not practical to have such amazing phone for doing so. Is there anyone experiencing this and have a solution for it as well? Greatly appreciate your help

goody, 19 Dec 2013this is truely awesome phone the size and short life batte... moreI think for a phablet samsung have nailed the size. Its still really comfortable in your pocket in most situations and you can (just) use it one handed. Samsung have added a screen resize feature which works well.

Battery life is awesome. Even on really heavy use i never fail to get through a long day. All battery tests i have seen back this up.

Anonymous, 19 Dec 2013So what are the awesome things?Awesome:
                    - Battery life (+ replaceable battery)
                    - Screen quality and size (i have tried most high end phones and haven't found any better screens)
                    - power and performance
                    - multi window (2 programs open at once)
                    - air command (hover finger over emails, calender, sms etc to see detailed info)
                    - OS is really well thought out (once you replace touchwizz)
                    - pen window (i.e. opening a small calculator over a spreadsheet)
                    - S-pen
                    - adapt sound (tests each ear for a range of high and low frequencies and adjusts if you have poor hearing of certain frequencies in either ear)
                    - resize screen for 1 hand use..... to name a few

AnonD-212839, 19 Dec 2013does n9002 has 4g support and does it use the snapdragon chip?4G no, only 9005.
If you want dual sim and 4g together, then maybe you should go for the 9005 and buy a separate dual sim adaptor like magic-sim.

The voice dictation or recognition on the Note 3 is blazing fast and accurate! The translator is good as well.

I started using Touch Pal X as a keyboard option and has a voice dictation function. You can get it for free from the Play store.

Had my note 3 (N9005) for about two months now, loving it so far. Camera could be slightly better, but it's good enough for my needs. Blazingly fast (even with only the quad-core), I never have issues with it in terms of speed. Some complain that the size is a downside, but it's not really that bad - you get used to it in a matter of a few minutes. My old S2 (i9100) feels uncomfortably tiny now.. 4G is pretty good (I use MTN's network, in South-Africa), I get more or less 40Mbps DL, when I have reasonable signal; it can probably go much faster. What else? It's just a great phone. If you want one, don't think twice, just get it.

Surprisingly, it seem easy to maintain a white phone than e black one; my note 3 doesn’t require much effort to keep it tide and small fingerprints from everyday use are less noticeable than on the black one, which I had for some days. Maybe with time the back cover will get yellow or so I hear, but for now it looks tidy for longer times compared to a black one.
