my note edge got updated to 6.0.1. but everytime i click box comes up saying allow or deny. gallery wasnt working. so did factory reset and it seems ok. and had to find out how to move apps to sd card as its all changed. stll have few problems. liked lollipop 5.1.1. battery seems ok. but phone freezes sometimes. but i only use it for work. note 3 i use for personal.

Anonymous, 14 Aug 2016Its not that simple to invest money for a phone just to get... morei agree with you. i think note 3 is stll a good phone. i know its on 5.0. but ive no problems with it. still in good condition and still performs well. we should at least get 5.1.1 update for note 3. ive note edge. but note 3 is my fav note. so i hope samsung surprises us with update. be good if they did. but still enjoying my note 3 Anonymous:)

> Files that are about to be copied to the memory card will get failed on the first attempt even when there is no problem and has free space in it.
> Flight mode access is not allowed by third party apps (in 6.0) which was imposed in android 4.3.xx
> Direct writing access by the third party apps to memory card is not allowed in android 6.0 which was inplemented in 4.4 onwards.

Truly bad support from Samsung atleast so... moreSamsung my friend sell over priced tec,they rush all there phones out just to make a quick buck,then ppl complaining that this isn't working and that isn't working and before you know it your spending 3yrs in a forum begging sammy for updates,do you realy think sammy looks in these forums and taking notice,SERIOUSLY ! No because they have had your money so they don't care my friend,that's reality I'm afraid my friend,you tc ok ,enjoy your note 3 for what it is ;-)
