So it's detecting the SIM.

galaxy note 3 sm-n900 phone is good but jelly bean 4.3 is not suitable. there r few problems i will facing, battery draining & over heating when playing games, surfing ect.jb 4.3
is not supporting for portable hard disk (jb 4.1.2 is the best os for note 3) next update the android will give solution for this bugs if anybody having solution please comment here

The first Galaxy Note hooked me, now that I've upgraded to the Note 3 (N9005) I can't feel more pleased, it's an amazing device! I'm a power user and regarding video playback, web surfing and gaming I doubt there is a better choice than the Note 3. Is there any other smartphone able to play MKV 10bit 1080P files? The Note can 3 play them!... With some lagging it's true, but nevertheless it shows the device's amazing power. Plus the battery's endurance, the first Note's weak spot, is largely improved in the Note 3. If you want a handheld computer, the best one, not a luxury cellphone, the Note 3 is the choice.

Dear Friends, I have both options to choose for using note 3 in N9005 LTE version as well as the N9000 version here in India. But I have heard the N9005 LTE version drains battery more as compared to N9000 version. Kindly suggest me which model to go if we have both choice available. But yeah battery draining is my major concern. Kindly let me know as I mentioned going to buy any one of them tomorrow. Thanks.

Decent phone..but has too much bloatware...too much usleless s apps....very plasticy build....prefer nexus 5 or if u want premium classy device buy htc one or ...wait for htc m8......

Don't upgrade the OS of your old Samsung Galaxy.
Buying new phone: It's better to buy it from the place where you are going to use it.
Is that simple enough?

because of the regional simlock, my advice is...don't buy the note 3 or any samsung smartphone that has regional simlock or that will get a simlock after updating with 4.3/4.4
