Hi Guys. Have been using this phone for a week. Just noticed my physical homebutton is kind of loosened.It can slide up and down easily. I can hear the homebutton part's component when I shake my phone but the homebutton stayed in its position. Anyone facing this problem?
Solution please?

Sometimes the battery lost its charging ability when the battery was totally emptied...

i purchased my phone through verizon and my wife loved my phone so much she asked me to get her one. buy with verizon's contract agreement that ment i have to purchase from someone else. but after getting the phone in my hands i cannot get it to connect onto network. called verizon and they said the IMEI # didnt exist... any ideas?? thank you!

you people should not install software what will harm your phone and drain the battery ,,, then youll come here to complain that battery is draining fast and phone is no good..

Go for Note 3 it's really an awesome phn I ever used. Battery performance is very very excellent if u hv fully charged ur phn then u r watching 4 to 5 full hd movie in one tym. I hv used this phn since last 1.5 month till no hanging problem is occurred. I m surprised hw people creating such a mess fr others that not to buy... at last only one word for this phone enormous phn performance

Tcool, 12 Nov 2013I prefer bigger screen and no restriction to memory expansion.Me too plus removeable battery which lets me do lots of things,extended battery,new back active covers,whip out battery in emergency like in somewhere were phones should be silenced if it goes off,bring 2-3 batteries with you for long weekend camping.

Note3 is a grate phone but the problem is w the synchronization. As of now we cannot sync data with OUTLOOK. It is important that Samsung provide a fully compatible Sync w data especially for people that use such device. Please Samsung we need to get a Sync programs with no limitations like the one you offer kies3 is no good
