r1, 20 Jul 2016Do a hard reset thanks for your reply, but I have changed firmware then how can hard reset solve my problem, I have note 3 N9002 China unicom version and it doesn't support Google play store and its services.

AnonD-562451, 20 Jul 2016hi folks ,well i have really bad experience with this 'Sams... moreit could be a hardware isue. could be anything thats causing it because its working fine for many uers. try facory reset or hard reset. i dont have them problems on note 3. and its carriers who push updates out!

dear dear friends I need help,
I recently updated my Note 3 china unicom from Kitkat 4.4 to Lollipop 5.0 from sammobile, problem is that this firmware doesn't support Google play store and any google application, but it had Kitkat official version installed and that was also supporting all Google applications, now I am worried how can I download Kitkat again with Google play support plz help?

hi folks ,well i have really bad experience with this 'Samsung galaxy note 3' . i bought it from DUBAI 2 years ago & i am using it in CANADA . still i haven't get any upgrade , its super slow , keep freezing at many occasions , poor performance . good batter life , shame on you SAMSUNG . i think you need 1 million year to send people upgrade like Android 5.0 , still it runs on 4.4 kitkat . SHAME SHAME SHAME SAMSUNG . i tried downloading all the sofawares on computer and do it manually nothing works as it says online . Samsung sucks when it comes to upgrade . bye

Patterned afte... morenot once did i mention note 3 being better than sony z3! i think i replied after a commented anout phones in 2014 are better than 2013. so i gve my personal view of my note edge and note 3 is still going good even now for me. note edge came out in 2014. note 2013 altho i dodnt buy it unti march 2014 i never once mentioned note 3 was bettr than z3

r1, 17 Jul 2016Yes note 3 will be getting one last update for sure !rang my carrier yestr about security patch level update which they told me they would push it out to my note 3 and they hadnt a clue what i was talking about. so i rang my mobile retailor about it and they say vodafone push it out. they cant do it. got back on to my carrier and getting nowhere. hope when we get update i will get it then.

Chap 1, 19 Jul 2016It works excellent on 6.0.1,no issues at all; what amazed m... morein 6.0.1 is the sd retriction gone chap 1? because on lollipop everything gets saved in internal memory. then i have to go thru files manager to move all my media etc to sd card.
