Hey, Windowsblows, Samsungs sell point will be something like the Galaxy s5...go look it up when you get a chance. Plus Im pretty sure even the Galaxy s2 beats the iPhone 4 in several ways....maybe not the iPhone 5....but Ill say the Galaxy s4 beats out the iPhone 5 by far. expecially from what ive seen. the screen resolution alone on the iPhones are TERRIBLE. My Galaxy 2 has a better picture then any iPhone that Ive seen. Idk if they fixed that with the iPhone 5...I should hope they did.

Anyways.....I hope I have answered your question...

                            - No iTunes (it is really an average, very restrictive app that defeats the purpose of being mobile)
                            - No restrictions on apps (i can download torrents if I want and use apps that download google maps, microsoft maps etc)
                            - Fully fledged file explorers with USB 3.0 OTG options.
                            - All features like camera, email, calendar are a lot more advanced with loads of features... Apple likes to keep things really simple.
                            - Spen, Apple will never bring this out.
                            - Removable battery. When your away from civilization for a few days you need this.
                            - Micro SD card..... to name a few.

AnonD-124721, 12 Oct 2013Well, let's make it simple for most average smartphone user... moreLooking at your main points comparing the Z1 and the N3.

BUILD - Actually from the drop tests the N3 fared a lot better. No cracked screen and still working... the Z1 wouldn't even turn on.

SIZE - There is not much between the 2. The N3 is a few mm longer and wider but it a smidge thinner and lighter.. plus you get a lot bigger screen.

CAMERA - In the GSMarena shootout they actually ranked the N3 second ahead of the Z1 when comparing all features and the video. (the Z1 stills were better).

OS - They run the same OS but I would say the extra features of the N3 make it more advanced than the Z1.

Other problems with the Z1 are the terrible battery life (53 hours vs 75 hours) and there is no replaceable battery. Also, the Z1 is limited to 16GB internal storage and i'm pretty sure there is no move app to SD. The N3 has up to 64GB internal plus move to SD.

Based on your criteria I would say the N3 wins comfortably over the Z1.

Steve, 12 Oct 2013Well, you are right to some extent, if I want FM I should b... moreYou can always get a 3G Note II with good old FM tuner. You would need to plug in the earphones to get reception.

LTE devices don't have FM tuners for some reason. It has to do something about frequencies interfering with one another. At least that's what I remember.

                                You can't everything every time.
