No IP certificate
Now phone locking for full priced unloked phones ... Some one Pls take them to the consumer court and competition
commission.
Finally lower specks like no snapdragon in some areas for a full priced unlocked phone..
Seems samsung is going down and will be like blackbrrry soon unless they stop taking stupid decisions and cprrect their mistakes immediately. .. they are loosing goodwill rapidly.

Honestly I am not sure about sony's product. But I am kinda addicted to Note 3 like Note 2. And as I said I am still trying to find it's cons :) and unable to see a single issue. And for heating, no there isn't any heating issue. I already played and tested high end games and no problem at all. I just noted after your comment for the temperature of battery and cpu. Its with system info DROID app:
Cpu = max 30° to 32°
Battery = 35°
Also tried to see benchmark on Antutu and it crossed 35000 scores, s4 was at 27000+ and HTC ONE and note 2 were at bottom of GN2.
So, I am really enjoying the best technology. I like it's S - pen also however I rarely use it.

I am in South Africa....received my Note 3 yesterday after using a Note 1 for 28 months. Intelligent design evolution and cutting edge hardware and features make this the premium piece of handheld communication hardware on the planet as of this morning. Air command is clever, the screen and camera are killer. The best feature though, is that it is so light that carrying it in my shirt pocket is effortless. Kudos to Sammy.

SAMSUNG WHY NO FM RADIO IN YOUR GALAXY NOTE 3 & S4..?..Frankly this is a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT FROM SAMSUNG..do you think all of us can have money to buy data online to listen to radio online..? please SAMSUNG do something about this issue quickly ..Looks like the best case scenario at this point is that the Note 3 has 'everything' but not a common FM RADIO i suppose.
?-it is a BIG SHAME.. hardware wise -Samsung are now monitoring feedback to determine what to do: if there is lots of commentary from people looking for FM, then they enable it on the versions that make it out to the shops; if nobody cares/notices, they just leave it out and let FM functionality die on the N3 - as it already did on the S series - and all future Samsung phones.Samsung - if you are listening, 1483 views of this thread showslots of people are interestedThe worse case scenario is that the Note 3 doesn't have FM and Samsung are continuing with their strategy to focus on digital/streaming audio provision

i would like to know where did u get it for 46k? secondly, as u must have used the phone thoroughly so are u experiencing any heating issues with the fone like samsung S4? i am very confused between NOTE 3 and Z1. if u can provide ur honest feedback i can decide faster. thanks

I got it on 27th September for RS.46000($750), I sold note 2 for note 3. And believe me it's really light, Fast, Better s - pen then note 2, Same battery backup like note 2, only take 2 hours to fully charge from 0 to 100%, 13MP cam better then s4, Size is equal to Note 2 but screen is bigger, Also design is updated, But note 3 should not be compared with note 1 which was bulky also had dual core leggy processor. WAY better grip then both gnu and 2. All in all I paid to Samsung for what they deserve for the innovation in technology. I am not Samsung fan but I am in love for features, specs, OS, camera, brighter screen, handy + more and I found everything in this beast. I like iphone with ios7 but still they don't came with bigger screen and lacks freedom like Android. I could not ask for cons at the moment still trying to find one lol :)

exynos note 3 has only 1.9 A15 ghz process at a time we can used now i m using note 2 has 1.6 A9 ghz and note2 is also fast as airoplane so no need to upgrad on basis ofspeed like note3 and not has 4k video and no 1080p@60fps note3 exynos has same as note2 hardware and 50k for this specification it is really need to think about note3. sorry samsung but will wait for note4 and expect true octa with 64bit and 4k video.
