Note 3 ships with Android 4.3. G2 doesn't.
Note 3 gives deep blacks and vibrant colour but G2 doesn't.
Note 3 has up to 64 GB of storage, and external storage. G2.. doesn't.
Note 3 has humidity, temperature, Barometer and gesture sensors. G2, does not.
Note 3 has a bigger display.
Note 3 has MHL/TV Out. G2.. Nope.
Samsung has better and longer lasting product support than LG.
Note 3, USB 3.0. G2, USB 2.0.
Note 3 can charge wirelessly. G2 cannot.
Note 3 has a stylus and bespoke note taking, handwriting recondition, dual app multi tasking and it has a 24 bit audio chip. The G2? It has stock Android, but it doesn't have developer options.
Now, despite all of this I am not going to say the Note 3 is 'Totally' better than the G2, it depends on the taste and requirements of consumer and the G2 is gorgeous without any buttons and an almost edge to edge screen. But as a corporate choice it is weak, and it is certainly able to 'blow away' other devices like the Note 3 or Xperia Z1 running on the same hardware.
When you pick out particular features you can always try and make something look better. But comon what you're doing is no better than how Apple advertise their resolutionary features.

fm is not a reason that wont buy it. the performance is the more important.

JC, 25 Sep 2013No FM radio, I wont buy the Note 3.nobody hears radio, nowadays. even does, there's a tons of radio streaming apps on play store anyway.

- you know what? I always use a good device with large screen and other dirt cheap device with wireless FM. so no big deal! atleast for me.

- I agree with this part. price is lot steeper than previous flagships. May be because of 32gb baseline model and skyrocketing value of dollar, I dont know, I'm hoping price to get down soon and it will. most of android users dont mind waiting for a while.

- now this is misleading. amoled naturally oversaturates colours but do you know Samsung provides professional photo mode that covers 97% Adobe RGB colour gamut?
Totally g2 is far better than note 3

LTE uses more power than 3G and 2G respectively, and most devices will contain separate antenna for each type of radio so depending on the device and the signal strength of LTE the device may be polling both LTE and 3G at the same time. If the signal for LTE is weak often a device will revert to its 3G connection or others such as Edge. There is a crossover threshold between the two radios to try and eliminate interruptions in internet connection so there can be situations where both LTE and 3G are receiving data at the same time and using substantially more battery than usual.
The Snapdragon S800 processor has optimization technology provided by the chip manufacturer TSMC's 28HPM fabrication process which greatly reduces the active power consumption and 'leakage' of 4G LTE/LTE-A antenna, so the Note 3 should have noticably better battery life for browsing the web.
I cant say the same for the Exynos 5 processor, however it doesnt have LTE...

To all people who been affected in my post. ^^ Thank you for the reply. and to those who hate Samsung Smartphone. or lets say The most smarter phone right now that could you handle. GOOD LUCK^^, When the NOTE 3 is UP to the MARKET! lets see how many people will buy the PROFESSIONAL GALAXY NOTE 3 and i hope the LG G2 will not be like the LG G PRO and LG PRO that eat by the insect to the stock room of the sellers. I'm not saying that you, people could not buy this phone. what I'm trying to say is, if you will just, use this item for texting or picturing and lingering and for posting only in public only "like" to feel rich, i suggest that don't buy this phone, coz you will never ever appreciate the full maximum capability of this phone. to all people, i think the company Samsung don't put FM radio due to. the professional is not interested to all the bad news to there country they only pray for world peace. and they are not always listening for bad reports coz you only feel mess your day instead of putting FM radio. they improve they sounds system and MP3 output. and to all people who is requesting for FM radio. just go to other phone you want. and i hope I'm praying you could experience the happiness that you could feel when you are using SAMSUNG PRODUCT ^^. P.S to the NOOB posting that say BYE note 2. its okay dude. Note 2 will not miss you. ^^
