Samsung Galaxy Note gets a white dress

20 December, 2011

The Samsung Galaxy Note got a new color version just in time for the Holiday season. Sadly, though you will only be able to get one if you fly to Korea as that's the only place where the white Note will be available these days.

The LTE-enabled version of the 5.3" phoneblet, which has been on the Korean shelves for a while now will be offered in two color versions starting today. The white version will be identical to its black sibling in terms of internal hardware and should come with the exact same price tag.

Yet, if recent history is anything to go by, we'd guess that the white Galaxy Note uses a different kind of plastic for its body. Presumably it is made of glossy, as opposed to matte, plastic as it would be too easy to mess it up beyond any recognition otherwise.

Update: As many of you pointed out in the comments section, the white version of the Samsung Galaxy Note has already made its way to markets outside Korea. So if a shiny white phoneblet is all you wanted for Christmas, you may be in luck.
