Me too have purchase the same samsung I559, but the battery of the same in not even stay for 8hrs. As per the specification they have mentioned 320hrs standby. I think Samsung have cheated the customers.

Please Please Please DO NOT buy this phone....I have been using Mobile Handsets since 1998 and this one happens to be the worst handset that I have ever purchased!!!! Battery Sucks, Phone keeps on Restarting on its own....nobody knows why! Cannot install more than 4-5 Apps....the phone freezes after that. so please do not buy this phone guys. I burnt my fingers. I really do not know why Samsung puts such phones into market without even testing it properly

Abbas, 06 Oct 2011For how much time does the battery stays? Please answer pleasethere is a method to retain the battery. You need to download the battery saver on the handset. If u do not use the internet the handset can be used for two days.

This is THE worst phone I have ever seen.
Apart from the regular problems here are another list I am facing.
1. Phone is restarting continuously if I enable packet data service for internet usage.
2. If you leave the phone with wifi ON for more than 2 hrs, it will shut down automatically (Even if there is sufficient amount of battery back up). And if you try to switch it ON, it wouldn't happen. You have to remove the battery (sometimes the SIM card as well) and then it will be turned ON.
3. If you try to scroll down/up on a page such as facebook/twitter, the mobile wouldn't respond. Sometimes it will restart automatically.
There are a lot of minor problems as well which you can see on any review sites.
I have bought hoping that it suits my budget and I am getting a decent phone. But now relenting in taking this phone.
Would suggest anybody who is willing to have this phone, please DON"T but this one.
