Such a nice handset.Studded with lot of jewel features but battery back up is very poor compared to Nokia handset. Is there any solution to replace with Nokias battery.

I am able to use internet using my phone. The only thing you need to do is go to Settings-> Wireless and Network Settings-> Mobile Networks-> Choose Dial-up Networking and click OK when the Attention dialog box appears. Next you need to go to your network connections and create a dial-up connection with your carrier's dial-up number username and password. That's it! Make sure you have an active Data plan on your mobile.

Only the battery back up is the concern , that can be overcomed by disabling USE PACKET DATA on mobile network, yes but with internet very poor battery. rest i can not connect to the internet with my laptop with this phone, rest there is no problem witht the handset.

i think this phone's battery performence is very very poor. and you cannot run innternet in your pc with help of this phone (kies also). so please think about it seriously

Nice handset all features are good and comfortable to handle.two issues only -
1.data services drains the battery really fast and
2. Sms services do not work unless data st devices are on.
Else worth its money and is definitely a good buy. Have bee using this phone for about 4 months now with no problems.
Trying to find out if I can get the android Os 2.2 upgraded, no news on the same. If any one does find out do let me know.

The battery consumption is too much, unacceptable especially if you use gps , packet data or Wi-fi required for maps and internet. Especially if you are travelling. say your prayers else carry 2 spare batteries else You may need to charge it 2 to 3 times a day. The screen resolution is also not very good.

Anonymous, 03 Aug 2011Android phones do not have a good batery life since it cons... morei m not agree with u there is a huge talktime and standby time difference between GSM based phone and CDMA based phone. where GSM based phones have long standby and talktime battery life but CDMA phones need more power to run the phone. If u want long time battery then simply go for GSM phone there is no problem with android it's just a operating system. Search for some GSM based android phone specificatoin then u can find the diffrence between GSM and CDMA
