Actually, for people who think that Samsung is trying to simply flood the market...this can actually be seen as a form of consumer R&D on the part of Samsung, while we as the consumers also get the benefit of having a choice of selecting which specifications we want in a phone for what price (A bit like selecting a PC with different spec options). Take for example last year when Galaxy Mini, Gio, Fit and Ace were released. They were all very similar, but Ace and Mini by far sold the most, due to feature-price ratio. And what did we get this year? Just Mini 2 and Ace 2 (At least where Singapore is concerned...). And for last year when I bought a Gio I got to choose whether I needed a higher MP camera or larger (albeit less vibrant) screen for a higher price. Same applies here, IMO this appears to be a successor of the Galaxy R and S Advance, with higher res screen and similar Dual Core Processor to keep the price down to a favourable level. :)

Hay what's dat m getting fed up with Samsung now,all latest upcoming handset is looking same as sg3,galaxy s duos,galaxy note,galaxy s3 mini n now galaxy premier,before Samsung copying I phone models now they copying Der own models... Common Samsung, ur specs of this galaxy premier is just great, but unless u not change the model,really I say its flop
