Love this phone at first hated it! But now lov it. My boyfriend drop it and pounded on it several times and still works!!

i love the phone its awsome but the first day i bought it , it froze on me as well as it does every day now and i have only had it for a week everytime i make a call and try to end the call i cant end it because the screen freezes but if i touch the power button and i unlock the phone it works again. so maybe its just the phone or the software.

I hate this phone. not getting texts and have to reset it everyday. Now phone won't even reset. It is stuck on 100% reset, when it should reboot at 100%. going on 2 hours now and phone has not reset itself. This is crazy and a waste of my money. Only had the phone for a month wow. Paid 1 bill and having trouble already. I'm getting rid of it as soon as I can. I rather go back to basic then this phone.

Anytime I get ... morewhen yu receive a call ,yu can end it by pressing power key which is on the top..the power key(when a call is active) either locks yua phone or end the call..yu have to choose the option..yu can do it by goin in to settings and the call settings

Only had this phone for 6months and it wont charge anymore, I was told if I bought the battery once I would have to keep doing it!!

I HATE THIS PHONE!!! I'm actually going back to a "dumb" phone after this nightmare.Rebooted several times thru boost mobile.Battery life sux. Overheats during a five minute conversation.Apps freeze.3G is slow.Internet virtually non-existant.Touch screen freezes.Takes pics of whatever ,wherever randomly.Can't end a phone call. And the list goes on.Worst POS i have ever owned in my life..DO NOT BUY !!!

I've had this fone for 9 months. No complaints except for the internal memory. they really should've made this with at least 100mb more. Not alot more but it makes a big difference

On month number 8. This phone has gone through more than other androids would and still works like a charm. An excellent purchase.

i've had mine for 9 months and have had to send it off to samsung to repair 2 times! the first time it was dropping calls and had no service after boost master reset it, the second time it froze and wouldn't work at all. and now it says it's charging when there is no charger connected. i wouldn't recommend this phone, it's truly been a pain to send it away for 2 weeks or more especially when i depend on my phone for my job

I love it the battery could be better but as for speed and efficancy its great i love the meomory, battery gets warm and takes awhile to charge its loud dont like the single tones message sounds but overall its a good phone and i would reccomend it.
