Samsung Galaxy S10 update introduces slow-motion selfie videos

Ro, 28 October 2019

German and Swiss Samsung Galaxy S10 owners are currently receiving a cool new update that brings slow-motion video recording using the front-facing camera.

Besides the slo-mo selfie video feature, the OTA update adds Auto Hotspot, which is a quick way to share your mobile connection with nearby devices logged into the same Samsung account. There's also a mention about an improved fingerprint recognition.

Additionally, the firmware update adds a Media and Device buttons to the notification shade allowing you to control devices that are connected to the phone, like TVs or Bluetooth-enabled devices.

As of now, only devices in Germany and Switzerland are getting the new treatment but hopefully it will rolls out to other markets shortly.
