Had my s21 for 3 years now. Had some issues with the battery but switched off aplications that cause it to drain. I get a full days charge using it moderatley. Love this phone and in future i will be getting a bigger phone with a bigger battery. Family have the s24 plus and the battery is awesome as is the phone. I was looking at the s24 but i dont want the same battery issues as this phone. So s24 plus itll be.

I really don't know where you people get these phone ur using..maybe it's the clone of it.cos have been using the s21 5g for 2 years now nd its still working well.even the s21 ultra I bought is 6 months old now nd no issues..I belive its not from the phone but from the user.. no offense. Buy the original nd grade phone.not phone that someones had uses for a long time nd sold to u.now u discourage others from buying..Samsung all the way

Loved using this phone for years, especially it's great camera. The ONE UI 6.1 update that was released bricked my phone. Worked great until the update and then it would start to crash every few minutes with a system process/System UI not responding message, especially if I tried to use the camera, messages, or navigate the home screen. I kept holding out for a patch and after 2 factory resets, maintenance mode, and safe mode and another month of frustration, the phone doesn't even turn on anymore. The buttons are all unresponsive, and if on the off chance it actually turns on it will get sucked into a Tmobile/Samsung Logo boot loop for a half hour before causing the screen to go black or for it to enter partition downloader mode. Was a great phone and Samsung has proved to be an incredibly unreliable company for finding a solution. Each person I speak to says I should just upgrade my phone and buy a new Samsung model rather than helping me or relaying info to developers. Going back to a Pixel phone because I'm sick of dealing with this company.
