Circle to Search for Samsung Galaxy S21 FE expands to more countries
The Circle to Search feature, rolled out by Samsung for the Galaxy S21 FE in Vietnam and some other Asian countries a few days ago, is now rolling out in the US, Europe, and Canada.
The update that brings Circle to Search to the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE also bumps up the Android security patch level on the smartphone to August 2024. In Canada, the update comes with firmware version G990WVLUCGXG8. In Europe, there are two versions, G990BXXU9GXH2 or G990B2XXU8GXH2, depending on the phone's model number.
In the US, the update is rolling out for unlocked and carrier-locked units. The unlocked models get the update with firmware version G990U1UEUCGXG7, while the models locked to AT&T, Comcast, Dish, Metro PCS, T-Mobile, and Xfinity Mobile networks receive the update with firmware G990USQUCGXG8.
If you live in any of these countries and haven't received the update on your Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, you can check for it manually by heading to the phone's Settings > Software update menu.

I'd change the battery instead The S21 FE is still a better option than any non-SD8sGen3 midrangers
