3 years I have it and very very - verry, happy. Sturdy as f... . Dropped it many times had a scratch 1cm or so on screen , so I put the nice Samsung case (too expensive though ) it last, not thick or weighty.

Selfie still the best from review of recent phone I look at. Back camera not the best still good and consistent , a not- to-worry camera. Super fast snappy. Battery 98 % and I'm a heavey user ( many hours a day SOT browse video video call message apps... ) I don't pay attention to charging ( sometimes lower than 5%, often change over night to 100%... Worst case for battery longevity )

Waiting for the s26 edge if it 's good for battery to get bigger screen. (For now s26 edge smell like shhitt, it'll probably be a fashionista so I'll pass and keep s23 until it breaks....)
Seriously I don't see any better recent phone at that size , a bit better picture that's about it. Not enough to me to change.

Snappy, fast, buttery smooth . I disabled everything I could, no samsung cloud not any kind of updates ( including pretending 'security' updates.) Still works like a charm. So I'm sure updates are planned obsolesence, you're scammed, goaty. Most people think I'm weird because no update, my experience show me I'm just right about sneakyupdates cloudshhitt things. I'm very experienced engineer btw.

Used to buy cheapo or mid range, buying higher end last a lot longer and a lot, lot less to worry about. I think victus 2 is really a plus, i shattered the glass of almost all my previous phones.

Hope it'll help make your own opinion
. Depend on your usage ( gaming , money, age, fashion issue, whatsoever...)

I never realized this phone 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴𝘯'𝘵 have an exynos variant until today.

And yet S24 did, and now S25 doesn't again. I wonder what was Samsung thinking.

Well hopefully they will permanently rely on snapdragon from now on. I will be very annoyed if they keep on making a Exynos variant every other year for god knows why.

I am using my S23 since August 2023, so my unit is almost 2 yrs now. You can't just have your unit replaced by saying the battery is faulty with that long use since is it still within tolerable life. You might want to seek help from techie friends or tech forums/community first.

Abhi, 12 Jul 2025Yes, less than 3hours SOT on 5G data. There is something wrong with your unit. Even with straight gaming, S23 will run 4-5 hrs.

Abhi, 12 Jul 2025Yes, less than 3hours SOT on 5G data. Im getting 5-7 hours SOT everyday around 5 hours with some gaming and 6 hours with light gaming and pretty heavy usage and 7 hours with medium to light usage. Performance is still amazing in gaming and in social media and nornal apps it can run anything.
