worse battery life than my A54
worse selfie cam especially in low light
faster yes but that's not enough by far for more than twice the price.
I return it. look at iphone, S23 ultra, or else. I don't advise to buy this phone for selfie or considering its price, not worth it.

OhO, 17 Sep 2023Congratulations...say hello to banana blurred pictures.Banana blur is a myth does not exist, people are riding the negative hype train. If you foucus too close you will get some blur thats standard for most cameras. Its a very big sensor and wide lens.

It's supposed to shatter less when dropped

So I use a glass screen protector in my S23. But that really make fingerprint sensor long and finicky.

Samsung is selling plastic film screen protector, supposed to not give as much problems with fingerprint, but it looks like sh't.

                        Have to compromise somewhere.

loto, 19 Sep 2023hey samsung, when you going to build: 12×6.9×9 4.8 inch... moreIt exists already, it is called iPhone SE
And it is expensive crap haha.
I tried many small screen phones, because easier to carry around. And always ended up with a bigger one.

If you need to use nowadays apps, take bigger phone.
Or, buy a feature phone otherwise.

I bought this phone after selling my Oneplus 10 Pro as I needed a more compact phone.

but i notice the screen is getting so many scratches so easily I used an iPhone and one Plus both get scratches easily.
I was told that this phone is strong but now I have many questions.

My new S23 drains 15% per hour for web or messenger video call.

                              It's a lot, my A54 was draining 10%.

8 gen2 is said to be very efficient, and screen is only 6.1, despite smaller battery, it should not drain that much at all.

I hardly believe the AI things memorize usage and all and will improve, from hardware point of view, it doesn't add up. Also I have nothing to index on phone so not background tasks.

I'll check out next days. if it's confirmed, I will definitely send back. it's nonsense a flagship drains 50% more than a same brand mid-range phone.

loto, 19 Sep 2023hey samsung, when you going to build: 12×6.9×9 4.8 inch... moreFor $150 you'll get something along the lines of Mediatek MT6769 Helio G80 or Exynos 850. Not to mention really cheap materials the phone will be made of. Nobody wants that coupled with such a tiny screen when you can get A14 for that price with a big one.

Now if Samsung decides to make a small mid-flagship with about 5.4'' screen with actually decent specs and materials... It can potentially sell rather well (def not great) if the price is right about $400. I'd love at least one of such a phone to be in Android market as currently there're none
