It's not physically possible to charge this device from 0 to 100 in under one hour. That's NOT POSSIBLE if you have full capacity battery.

Is anyone else's back cover popping out? Mine has has started to do so since last month and it wouldn't pop back no matter how much I press it. I initially thought the glue simply wore off, but I'm starting to think it's the battery swelling up because it's around where the battery is located. I'm honestly baffled by how that could happen when I bought the phone just 1 year and 6 months ago. It's disappointing for this to happen to a flagship of this price in less than 2 years.

Anonymous, 11 Nov 2024Well i have the 45w charger and cable and it takes me just ... moreIt's not possible to charge it under 1hour from empty to full. It's not possible. It's possible if you are charging from 20-30% percent. I have it since launch last year on february 2nd and I guarantee you if you have original battery with full capacity IT'S NOT POSSIBLE to charge it in under 1 hour with all your apps installed. Maybe there is a chance if you keep both charger and phone in the freezer + you are not using your phone at all with all apps uninstalled or you are charging with device powered off. Then MAYBE you can charge it in under 1 hour.

And my s23 ultra is well over a year old. What I think is that you do not have the fast charging cable mode on. Look for it in your settings and turn it on and check how fast it charges. Also you will know if you are fast charging as the green circle graphic when you plug in is nkt green when fast charging it is blue. And it does a special sound as well.

I have a problem with the S23 Ultra, it does not respond and restarts automatically more than 10 times a day, especially when opening the device and pressing the fingerprint itself, and this case started since i bought the phone May 2024, I did a factory reset and updated the device to the latest update, and this problem still occurs very annoying.

AGIF S23 Ultra, 08 Nov 2024I was using a 30Watt charger earlier from my Macbook air an... moreFirst thing you can't charge your s23u in under an hour. That's not possible because the fast charge is not that fast on this device. Second thing this device for full sfc 2.0 support requires PD charger with up to 20v/2.25A charging capabilities. And third thing fast charging speed depends on battery temperature. If your ambient temp is high it's more than likely to throttle charging speed to avoid damages to the batter. If you have more background processes then charging speed will be throttled as well. So it depends on many factors but it will never charge from 0-10% to 100% in under the hour. Basically 10-100% with all apps installed, without using the phone should take about up to 1hour 15-30minutes.

SAM, 07 Nov 2024Did you turn on fast charging/superfast charging in battery... moreI was using a 30Watt charger earlier from my Macbook air and it charged it promptly within 1:30 hrs. But now I switched to a 45Watt Samsung charger thinking it will charge it within an hour but the things got different. Also, my old 100Watt charger from oneplus takes almost 2 hours to completely charge it. All the fast charging settings are ON in my phone. Rest all the things are working good and no performance issues in the phone. Only the charging part is a point of concern.

My phone takes a lot of time while charging. I bought a charger from Amazon but it takes a lot of time charging the phone and merely charges from 0 to 100% in more than 2 hours. That's a 45W charger. Even my oneplus 100W charges takes that much time. What to do to charge it before 2 hours since many reviewers get their phones charged in 1 : 15 hrs to 1 : 30 hrs. Kindly recommend a good charger too.

Nidin Gopi, 28 Oct 2024I’ve been a loyal Samsung Galaxy S Series fan for years, pu... moreDeveloped Green Lines? Here's a good technical question.
1. What is the brightness of the screen?
2. How many resets did you do?
3. From the settings, then Display then vivid on, then advance settings. Did you turn down the RED and BLUE while the green is high? Or were you using natural colors?
4. Did you drop it?
5. Did you placed it on your back pocket and accidentally sit on your phone?
6. Does it have a green screen protector?
7. Did you root your s23 ultra?
8. Did you add some custom roms?
9. Did you accidentally dropped it on a spinach soup?
10. Does it still stay green even if you choose black background?

AGIF S23 Ultra, 14 Oct 2024Can I charge S23 Ultra with my 100W OP11R charger? Will it ... moreThere is no problem at all, because you can put even a 240W charger, but the phone will control the flow of electricity, and will not exceed it's maximum wattage, the wattage on the charger mean how much watts the charger can transmit, but the flow is controlled by the phone.

I’ve been a loyal Samsung Galaxy S Series fan for years, purchasing the Galaxy S7, S8, S10, and now the S23 Ultra. However, my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. Despite buying the S23 Ultra only a year ago, it’s already developed a severe green screen issue, making it difficult to use. This isn’t the first time—I faced similar screen problems with both my Galaxy S8 and S10 after just one to two years of use.
When you invest in a premium device like the S23 Ultra, you expect durability and reliability, not recurring screen issues across different models. Samsung’s reputation for quality was something I trusted, but now it feels undermined by these repeated defects in their flagship line.
