Their phones are loaded qith features but thr gap between them and competition is narrow, in many points the competition is ahead of them. Samsung should be innovative again, instead of following others. I have a satellite phone with pretty expensive subscription for example if S24 would have e satelite sos emergency and hopefully cheaper, I would go for that in a heartbeat but I am not going upgrade from my S20 ultra if it lacks a feature valuable for me.

Anonymous, 22 Nov 2024Image someone is a hiker, an adventurer and traveller, not ... more...it has the potential to be useful for a tiny percentage of potential buyers. Compare that to the exclusivity of the S-pen that most people will (or do) use every day. It's no contest.

i am using soundcore liberty 4NC just fine with LDAC and multiple fiio devices also with LDAC however i had to set it in the connected bluetooth device option manually,there is no need to force anything in the developer options

It all depends on usage that's individual, my Samsung S24 Ultra is Official, and battery lasts me all day ending with 43% sometimes a little less like 34% but it's better than my S22+ in terms of battery, performance and cameras as well.

Maria, 16 Nov 2024I was thinking that 7 years update means that we will have ... moreWhen it comes to Updates, they only bring what the phone can handle not all specs of the update come to all phones, like for example AI came to S23 line but they decided to give S22 Line a peak of AI but not all AI specs came to S22 line just some of them that the phone can handle in terms of storage and performance.

Now, i am thinking that 7 years update means 7 years updates, so it can be only 4 OS update in 7 years, depends on the Samsung itselt. However, I do not care about how many OS update will be because rhe newer OS may slow the phone down. I care about how Samsung make its old phone (i.e. this S24U) as fast as it was in 2024.
