S25 FE edition released shortly after the S25 series premiere launch might mean scary reality. FE is usually intended to burn off excess inventory of components without diluting the price points of lead Samsung brands. Hope this is otherwise.

Still only 8GB RAM with only 45W low wattage charging are big continuous lethal disadvantages for Samsung Galaxy phones. Just why same price but not instead China brands with 7500mAh battery and 90W charging and even already 16GB RAM with 1TB? Samsung OneUI is good but not enough to compensate for all its big hardware disadvantages!

The battery life is worse and it runs hotter even with ltpo and a bigger battery.... the screen is even less visable outdoors. Why would you downgrade from a 24fe to this just for smaller bezels?

Janika, 13 Sep 2025Some still debate whether this handset has an LTPO Oled dis... moreThey are wrong. It's not LTPO. I've owned this phone. It's the same LTPS as on the S24 FE. If it was LTPO you would have the ability to fully resize time/date on AOD, but as the phone cannot refresh at 1Hz.

S25 FE and Poco F7 pro are both low in quantity in my country so both phones have high price , anyway here are my options:
S25 FE 8/256 650$
S24 FE 8/256 450$
Poco F7 Pro 12/512 630$
Xiaomi 14T Pro 12/512 550$
Honor 400 Pro Global 12/512 740$ .... LoL... this won't be my option anymore
Anyway, which one would you pick? im not samsung fan nor a poco/xiaomi fan ; im an overall fan, i want to have everything in one package even though i can't pay for flagships
so, i like poco f7 pro for snapdragon and custom rom availability but the price is crazy (f6 pro is 430$ but f7 pro is 630$ wthhh government? wth?!), xiaomi 14t pro has mediatek so no custom rom... honor is too expensive here.... s25 fe is too expensive and same as s24 fe with slight improvement... s24 fe is great but poor battery and charging speed + getting hot while playing games?! and also my gf has it so i don't want the same phone
what do you think? which one should i pick?
my usage is basically everything... little gaming...little taking photo at work (im a dentist and take closeup shots)... battery life is important... little watching videos so screen quality is important too
