Samsung Galaxy S25 FE in for review
This is the Galaxy S25 FE, and it looks like its predecessor both on paper and in real life. Unsurprisingly, it also ships in a similar box with the same single USB-C cable.
The similarities with the Galaxy S24 FE include the 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED panel, the 8 GB of RAM, the triple camera system, and the design. The Exynos 2400 chipset is also not too different from the 2400e on the outgoing model.
The new phone adds 200mAh of battery capacity, although the already slower than most charging speeds are unchanged - 45W wired and 25W wireless.
However, the Galaxy S25 FE feels nicer in the hand than its predecessor. It's not immediately obvious why that is. On the surface, we're getting the same, excellent flat design with matte metal sides and a matte glass back. But the Galaxy S25 FE feels more refined. It simply is a nicer phone to handle.
Perhaps part of the reason is that the phone is lighter than before. The fact that Samsung managed to shave 23 grams off the phone, even after giving us a larger battery, is impressive. The company still didn't go with silicone-carbon battery, so perhaps there's even more room for improvement in the future.
The Galaxy S25 FE comes in a selection of Icyblue, Jetblack, Navy, and White, and either in 8/128GB, 8/256GB, or 8/512GB storage configurations. It costs €749 ($875), €809 ($945), or €929 ($1084). Now let's get testing!

This may have been true when they initially removed the charger back in 2021, but the vast majority of chargers currently either have more C ports than A ports or no A ports at all (my current one is like this), and a lot of the multiport chargers I&...

It's not 25W wireless charging according to their own website, and would be weird if it was because no Samsung has gone above 15W wireless. 45W wired is a pretty significant improvement over the 25W of the last phone though, which is probably fa...
