Bro, it's a 10 year old phone. My Galaxy S20+ just crapped out after only 3 years of use, I bought it brand new for $1450 Canadian, now that's bad. I switched to the google pixel 9 so hopefully it does better.

I'm very unhappy and annoying why Samsung discriminate old devices in terms of software updates.😡 S5 and note 7 got the same 6.0 marshmallow update, but S5's 6.0 feels laggy and very old-fashioned while note 7's 6.0 looks so morderni...

I am really unhappy with this phone I purchased it on the 20 July 2024 and last night for no reason the screen just bombed out and it heats up so bad this is the first time that the quality is so bad...
