I have a S5-G900H running Lollipop 5.0.
This morning right before I charged my S5-G900H the screen time was more than 5 hours (but less than 6) and the duration since the last charge was 21 hours and 23 minutes. I have owned my S5 for one year and three months. Can you imagine if my battery was brand new? I would surely get more on screen time and standby if that was the case. Not bad in my view.

Hi, the battery of S5 (SM-G900H) with Android 5.0 is not as good as I spected. About 4 hours of screen and in stand by Mode doesn't last more than 6 hours. My recommendation is to buy other version of S5 (not octacore) or Samsung A5.

Review after 1 year and 3 months of using S5 g900h octa-core version:
OS: Lollipop 5.0
Build: LRX21T.G900HXXU1BOL2
* mobile temperature stays between 29°to 32°c Without using internet
with internet turned on it stays between 32°c to 36°c.
* Battery lasts whole day and drops 5% in night (standby).
* No lag in lollipop 5.0.
* Rooting the device may help to remove the bloat ware apps to increase battery life
Pros:
* Good battery life with offline games.
* Can use multiple apps in UPSM mode using UPSM manager app.(ROOT Required)

Its been about 2 weeks now . Apart from few sec lags in touchwiz everythng is perfectly fine. The best feature in my view is the selective Focus for DSLR quality background blurring( had to reset my phone for the feature to work properly ).The pics are awesome ,great camera.
I am not a fan of its build quality. Pendrive connectivity is fluid . Battery is average ,last a day with 3g data activated. Speaker is OK to say . Call quality is great. overall its a great phone and i am happy with it and its outstndng camera no one can beat it.

I'm from india and I'm using this model 900h s5...i downgraded my phone from 5.0 to 4.4.2 kitkat....so because i downgraded my phone, I've question....
"Is it possible to update my phone directly from 4.4.2 kitkat to 6.0 marshmallow...without updatting it on 5.0???"plz give me some advice on this...

The difference with the 'H' and the other variants is that the 'H' has eight CPU cores while the others have four cores but there's a tradeoff as the 'H' doesn't have LTE 4G while the others do. The reason it doesn't have LTE is because the Exynos chipset Samsung used in the 'H' isn't compatible with LTE...which Samsung was able to sort out with the S6. The other variants use snapdragon which supports LTE.
I have the G900H and I couldn't care less about it not having LTE as my country doesn't have that in place. There's a never ending debate about the G900H and the G900F. All I know is that the 'H' works perfectly for me.

I m user of h model. after last update, external free font from play store are not working. do anybody other also facing the same? what to do if want to use different free fonts.?
