Thats where sound come from when you receive a call but you hear nothing. Try factory reset and if problem persist, send your phone to Samsung centre. Your warranty is still valid.

I can't access the mass storage whenever I connect it to my computer. I can charge it using a USB cable but not access the storage. Can you guys help me out??? what should I do with it?

Will this phone get the Android 5.0 Lollipop Update any time soon, as the S5 basic has got the Lollipop 5.0 update already?
This phone is well equipped to get the update.
GSM Arena could you'll contact the Korean networks and find out? since this phone was released to Korean networks only, according to my knowledge.

Guys I bought this phone since January.I have a problem.From time to time when I am talking to someone on this phone, I can not hear any voice while the other person hears mine.I dont know whats wrong.The problem is this issue does not happen always.It happens like every 5 or 10 calls

it is awesome phone it beats all phones including note 4 in bench-marking and performance and after updating to lollipop battery improved more ,best phone , first ever phone using more than two months :)

I got this phone in July 2014 in South Africa. I am not impressed:
1. It freezes a lot
2. The heating freaks me out
3. The screen has gone for repairs 3 times already
In conclusion, it has not been a better phone for me. i really liked it but was disappointed by it fragility and freezing. i have had to switch it off for at least 5 minutes before other applications like WhatsApp would work again. My old Sony Experia worked much better than this Samsung phone. yes the design is good but the functionality and durability is way below expectations
