I might try asking a shop soon.
And having nothing official at all doesn't help either.. guess i have to look for another phone. I soon hope not.

On August 2 2016 Samsung will have the Unpacked event. We can hope that they will "unpack" s7 mini. There are big possibilities that they will.

I got a S3 mini and I love it, but some problems occured in the last months, so I would like to buy a new Samsung but I don´t need or want a huge phone. I hope a S7 mini will be released I would like to buy that. If it´s not released soon I will buy another small cell phone not from Samsung

Soon the S7 mini with lots of specs will arrive, and I will immediately order 2 "gold" pieces.

I have a S4 mini dual sim and I don't want a big size phone. I'm waiting for s7 mini.

According to some people who had contact with stores it releases in augustus. I will try to call a certain shop to ask if they will get it. The reactions are mixed though if you read online. But maybe samsung will not tell about it untill its almost in the stores. I believe a mini will come

Well it's July 2016 & nothing from Samsung or any update on the S7 mini existence. :( I waited for the S6 mini, it never came. I hate all the > 5" phones / phablets. I truly despise iPhones. But, I need a new phone now, mine has failed. So, if no word from Samsung this week, I will be forced to pick up the iPhone SE. For the small form factor. sorry Samsung, ignoring customers and keeping us in the dark = Samsung losing $$$$$$$$$$$

Not all of us are watching movies on phone, some of us are only browsing the web time to time, or use gps or music, we don't need a huge screen for this. Rather a small phone to fit well in pockets and don't turn on by itself.
The market evolved, people are more picky and prefer good phones, they see the phone like an investment not like a cheap spending.

Small hands or big hands. The best experience is still on mini phones. Its just the screen size that makes others buy the big size phones. Which actually is also part of the experience. But not the handling ; ) Sony and Apple always knew this. Samsung pls do not forget this after the S4 mini ; )

Went t... moreI also got the A3 but i don't like it at all, nothing works properly on this phone, when i open the internet the screen is moving up an down all the time when i open google maps the same when i try to make a call whith open speech the part on the other side hear their voice back because they place the open speach speaker next to the microphone. Waste of money, i throw it in a drawer just for back up and i use my old S4 mini which is perfect in everything and the size and weight is better. I wish that they make the S7 mini like the old S4 mini.

We always by in bulk. Currently my entire family is waiting for the s7 mini. If not announced in July we'll buy the iPhone SE

Per Samsung Support chat on 6/30: "As of now Samsung is working on it to release the phone soon, once it is release it will be updated on the Samsung web site"
