Then it has lost all and you give it a full charge with phone off and it gets its "charge memory" back. You have "re-learned" the batteries charge capacity. It really works, Did it for mine. I am also A.S.E. certified- automotive electrical. + household and electronic diagnostics/repairs/upgrades, etc. And Yes- Rechargeable batteries have memory and have to relearn after they lose "charge memory" by letting it sit drained/dormant for prolonged period of time. Then after reviving with full charge- Almost like new again. Now you have 2 good batteries.

nick, 08 Aug 2014best phone ...enjoy with cyanogenmod 10 ,u will love itI have cyanogen mod 11 and it is better. I tried 10 but preferred 11 over it.
