I bought this mobile exactly a year before. after 4 months i started having issues like poor reception, mobile automatically restarting. This is very acute when i download some applications. fearing possible virus attack, i uninstalled applications, and reset to factory set. but this time mobile automatically switched off and i have to manually switch on everytime. took to service and they informed that motherboard having issue. Samsung service center near infantry road is the worst mobile service center i come across. PLEASE DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG MOBILE AS IT IS WORST.

i just bought the galaxy duos and is the best phone i've ever had. no complains. it looks like s3 mini! many people had confused my phone with the s3 mini! I really love this phone

Why this phone doesn't have updating OS? I read that the new versions of OS are not available for this phone.

SHUBHRA, 27 Jan 2014how to transfer contacts from sim to phone????Tuch the Contacts, go to left button and tuch it. then select option Impory/Export. then 'Import from sim card'. select Phone. thats all ok, Bye

Do not buy this phone. Started giving problems within 3 months of its purchase and now in less than a year, it has stopped working completely.
