just use mx player and every thing will be fine,all movie files can play,try to seek at play store...battery and hang problems?no worries,just root your phone and remove unnecessarry pre installed apps all will be ok...

please dont buy this phone, its sucks, battery getting broder in just 7 months another major fault is you cant receive calls of sim 2 when u are using data network in sim 1, and vice versa..
i went to customer many times but they pointed out operator fault for many days but after changing every sim cards they accepted as technical fault which cannot be solved, every s duos has same problem

The phone isnt very good. stucks a bit due to the cpu and sucks also a bit at the internet. If you want for games FORGET IT ! Also IT CANT PLAY MOVIES !!! NO MP4/wmp/flv etc ... i tried with programs from google play.. nothing!

im using s duos from 8 months and its best phone in mid range ....i saw negative comments regarding s duos.....its single core processor phone u cant use more apps at a time it will hang.. 1)always restart phone once 2)always clear u r RAM in time 3) never use many apps at a time n see difference....i play light games like subway surfers temple run no lags....if u like just buy because this mobile will give all requirements which android user wants in less range.....

Sami is a pure liar..i... moreafter using this phone i hate samsung from past one year no updates from many months i m waiting for jelllybean but till know there is no updates and samsung launched s duos 2 with 4.2.2 jellybean with good processor and at less price.....i want to throw this phone in dustbin....samsung cheated their customer ...one word for samsung WORST

Can anyone tell me how to transfer the files using data cable... i am unable to do it.... it shows only camera icon on the pc screen and doesnt allow me to see the other files.... can anyone please help..

I have used s duos s7562 since last three months.but i have faced a problem that if i have used net in one sim than other sim has not connect for incoming call.
the person who call us another sim he will reply me that your number has switch off.this problem faced both sim.i mean if GPRS activated in sim no 1 than other sim
asked switch off only incoming calls.
please give me if you have any suggestion.
