I'm using this mobile past 6 months. when I bought this mobile it was 15000. it was very lagy n hangs n I used to restart twice a day bit later it got many update n got improved now it is better but this mobile s good for fb what app etc.... to those who play high games this mobile s not good quadcore with good gpu for games

Hasan, 02 Sep 2013i hv 1GB free internal memory but till facing same problem ... moreinstall fast reboot and one touch cache cleaner...
i also faced the same problems and now its perfect.
only battery backup is poor

i cn only use 1.68 intrnl memory bt in d specs it is wriittn dt intrnl memory is 4gb.....hw cn i use 4gb as my intrnl memory.....pls help

while using internet your s7562 phone is very very high cost charge.
battery life is the sadest of all.

Anonymous, 03 Sep 2013Dear users, it's no use talking problems here because users... moreyou got a good comment...thats what i meant too they should contact samsung stores or any samsung accredited stores for the correction of the product...the best thing to do is to buy in samsung stores or accredited samsung stores rather than buying in anywhere else....so that if there is any defects or any problem you ncan directly go to the store.
