if you know how to use an android phone this is a good phone but if you're just an average user you might find this phone slow as you don't know what you're doing with it... people tends to rate this a bad phone because of hanging but that is not a problem as long as you maintain a minimum of 1gb internal storage and a good memory/task manager this phone is good.

people who r thinking to buy s duos change u r mind n go for other phone ....s duos is 100% worst phone it has slow n bad processor it always hangs while doing internet and gaming cant move apps to sd card...all apps hang in dis mobile calling take time ....every 10 min dis mobile hangs cant use more apps also ....it is difficult to do any task in s duos because of hanging problem ....it has touchsreen problem. touch is nt smooth also. avoid s duos 9k is waste

Hi can anyone please let me know how to transfer files from phone memory to external memory in this phone.i have been using this phone for the past 8 months and the only problem that i have been facing is that it hangs a lot.i thought it might help if i transfer some files from phone to my memory card so please help me out.thanks in advance.

i have purchased two months back samsung s duos. featurs wise it is good.. presently iam facing proble with regard to automatic switch of mobile due to motherboard problem. i came to know that it has become common feature for this model since mine is within the warranty period,,,,board is replaced,,,wht happens after the warranty period???? may be i have to replace with other one....so take care

i purchased dis phone before 3 days it is good smartphone...but it touchscreen is nt smooth compare to other phone and internet work slow im facing dis 2 problem in my s duos....otherwise its nice smartphone
