Undoubtly the worst phone I have ever had.
It process very slow, applications get hung up.
automatically goes into mute, network is one of major issue in this phone. I dont understand how can company like Samsung launch such kind creep product with proper R&D.
Samsung needs to change/upgrade this phone freely to maintain its image.
My Recommedation not to buy this

Don, 26 Aug 2013Yes i support your views,samsung S Duos is a good phone it ... moreim using s duos frm last 4 month i never got a problem people r complaining abt battery .every android phone has less battery life....this mobile is perfect at dis range....im using samsung phones from 3 yrs....micromax mobile has worst battery life compare to samsung...and micromax service center r less ...nvr buy micromax cheap mobile..i nvr got problem in samsung 1st i was using galaxy y and know galaxy s duos...
samsung smartphone is best !!!!!

Don, 26 Aug 2013Yes i support your views,samsung S Duos is a good phone it ... morei also agree s duos is a best smartphone ...it has many features people are not happy because they want gaming mobile better purchase tab.....this mobile price is reasonable it has more popularity and s duos is highest selling phone...i use budget phone after samsung galaxy y i purchase s duos ..even in grand mobile i got many complaining regarding gaming....only difference is it has 4gb internal memory s duos has 1.8 gb ......or some feature will be difference s duos is worth ...samsung is best compare to micromax lumia

I don't have good experience with Samsung S duos. It is very slow..... Sometime I feel that it is better to use phone which have range between 1000 to 2000 rupees of Samsung than S Duos... Please never but it. The main Problem is that It doesn't have upgraded version 4.1.2. I suggest that never buy it.

Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562 is the very bad phone I have ever come accross. Don't buy this phone. i bought this for 17500. First instance itself I got music playing problem. Then WIfi and tethering is not working. Samsung replaced the motherboard to fix this . If you install 5 - 10 apps your basic functionality like tethering , cellular network won't work perfectly. Again now I got the same wifi is not switching on problem
Please don't buy any samsung phones. Go for Nokia or If you can buy an iphone

s duos has good features which all wants but internet speed is slow ..cant do work fast...because of its slow processor...no jellybean updates....pls improve mobile speed....

Very slow phone, better to go for quatro or grand instead of buying this
