this mobile is worst compare to anyother samsung mobile. im using frm 7 days its really bad it has many problem 1) touch is nt smooth 2) internet always work slow in 2g and 3g because of its slow processor 3) cant move apps to sd card battery life is poor 4) internal memory is low because of dis cnt use more apps and why no option for sd card this mobile completed 1 yr but performance has nt improved all. users are complaining about its performance ....all s mobile r good den y s duos performance is bad ....samsung is bad..see all xperia mobile.....n no firmware update or jellybean update in s duos.....really bad samsung u must improve ....

Anonymous, 23 Aug 2013this I heard from my frnd.samsung C-5212 is 100% better than S Duos S7562, is this really a samsung product? What is happening to samsung in this competative era? Samsung you have to wake up, whatever people said about S Duos is no doubting because its not to a standard of its kind and price, as far as samsung is concern, its better to upgrade the software with immediate effect, S Duos S7562 is not a phone one can use and appreciate.

there are diff. bad comments about this unit but for me i don't have any problems (yet) with it. its fast and its cool. the camera is excellent, this model is good.

Still, the latest update (with 50mb additional storage,google chrome, and play music) is NOT yet here in the Philippines.waiting for a very long time

it depends how u use your fone.. maybe all u guys are game lover..maybe better for you to use desktop not cellphone.. all feature of desktop are not availble on cellphone.. im using dous for alost a year but seems no problem with my unit. almost all of reviewers are negative

Worst device to buy. Touch not smooth it lags ans hangs a lot. you need 14 to 30 seconds to redial call from missed call log. cannot recieve call if you are playing game when call is received. Both SIM cards are not active and standby means if one sim is in use other will be off. Even if one SIM is being used for Data no voice call for either SIM is possible. Charging Port fails plenty of times. Cannot transfer of backup call /SMS log. Only 1.8 GB user memory available and not applications can be directly installed on Memeory Card. Batter backup too short doesnot even last for 40% of claimed time. No update for software available. cannot view or play even video song of talking angela on this crap.better buy Qmobile for half price with quad core processor than buying this single core junk.

simply go to settings>data usage>slide the horizontal line to your desired limit. That's it!

Can not move apps from internal memory which is too small ····need an update for software if possible because it is a big issue which effects in the phone's performance too ---;

first of all headphones are availaible contrary to what is mentioned in review...secondly this is best dual sim phone availaible under rs 10k..lumia 520 is its competitor but i have used both....galaxy s is much bettr... its a nice mid range budget dual sim phone.. i am enjoying it :)

I have never , it always hang no game is working on this phone like temple run, subway surfer does not support this mob
if u r spending money on this phone so I suggest you to buy mmx mobile u can buy canvas 2 plus
it is also in range of s duos
