touch screen is poor, performance poor, really slow all the time RAM is busy, can't move apps to sd card, internal memory is really low should have been 8 gb...battery life awesome, call quality awesome, typing awesome, camera quality in 5mp is awesome its fantastic, video is amazing i loved it but I'm not happy with its performance and screen touch..
plz can anyone tell me how to downgrade it to gingerbread 2.3???? thanks

not at all satisfied wirh smart dual sim feature. it doesnt work. whenever i use internet on this phone i dont recieve any phone calls..

While i am dialing the number ,every time one option showing " use mobile " there is only one option ..every time i have to click use mobile and again typing number then able to call ... how to directly call .. any one can help me..

if u want a branded phone with all facility in 12000 .s duos is only one option and if u want all facility like s duos in lumia than it is lumia 620 in 14000 and if u want a phone in 10000 lumia 520 is only one option 4 u bt no flash or frount facing camera so choose according to your budget and one thing i want to clear that s duos is perfect to play all game and if u have a lot money than go for iphone 5

If you want this for a main phone, bad choice. It lags a lot and internet/notifications loads noticeably slow..Not recommended. Get a faster dual core or quad core phone for a main phone. This is ok as extra phone since its dual sim..But bad..Id rather get the hi-spec low end brand than this..

I wasted my money in dis mobile i should have taken galaxy grand quattro really bad mobile lagging hanging everytime while playing calling etc avoid this mobile

dont comment about prosesor bcz galaxy chat only have a 835mhz processor and run j.b. So wait some time s duos is also in update list of samsung

Its cpu speed is relatively low. I mean how a new phone with 1 GHz. Samsung released phones in 2011 with faster cpu. I tested games in iPhone 3GS and this mobile. They are played better in 3GS than this phone

This one is Worst phone ever made compare to price tag.
After purchase of one month phone is getting hang several times a day.Please Do Not Buy This Phone thinking you might be lucky
