please help me
when i use my new Galaxy S DUOS GT-S7562 in any voice chat like in Viber or Vonage or even Icq i get very poor voice quality and i use a very high speed connection
i have already Samsung Galaxy y duos gt-s6102 put it have a very good voice quality on this programs with the same speed of internet connection
so why my new Galaxy S DUOS GT-S7562 is that bad voice quality
so please help me i very Disappointed in that mobile phone
and please how to upgrade my new Galaxy S DUOS GT-S7562 to jelly bean

As i checked this phone is included in jelly bean update phone list, but when no one knows. The best thing that can happen to this phone is to get CyanogenMod support, if anyone has the skills to help cyanogen contact them. Plus it got an update a week ago helped a lot with lags runs a lot smoother now.

My phone is also showing i have a missed call on the green phone icon despite clearing all call log history it is still there how should i remove it pls help.This is a big issue with these phones it should be addressed many people complaining
