miko, 27 Feb 2013It is really a good mobile for that price,but I can not con... moreI have no problem to connect my mobile to my PC,it is OK but I can not connect it to my LG Led TV,I have another Samsung Ace mobile,as well as a Nokia E5 and there is no connection problem,but there is no way to connect this Duos though I tried with different USB cables.Does anybody experienced such problem?Plz answer me.Thanks in advance.

ive had the samsung s duos for bwt a month and its really good downloads are fast .just only 1 problam the music skips for bwt a second but apart from tht its a good phone thts my opinion

I had purchased Samsung galaxy duos smartphone GT-S7562 in feb 2013 and from the day one the handset is giving below problem again and again. Please go thru the problems with this phone and do not buy this product 1) Operation is extremely slow 2) Phone hangs repeatedly 3) Sometimes the phone does not display the caller name when the phone rings 4) Data upload and transfer is very slow. 5) Touch screen operation is not effective 6) While exiting any application the operation is very slow 7) Sometimes when i go to message box, i can see the contact no.s only. After few seconds the names of contacts start popping up 8) Facebook application also operates very slow on the mobile. It keeps showing loading before displaying details on the screen 9) After taking a photo or video when i want to review it, it takes longer time to load. 10) I have deleted lot of applications from my cellphone due slow operation as well as transferred all the photos, videos to external sd card but there seems to be no improvement 11) while viewing a photo or video there are lot of instances when i tilt the camera by 90 degree, the video or photo does not timely rotate on the screen 12) while using fb application when the details are displayed and i want to scroll the screen, the response is lethargic.

while using internet on my phone i cant receive any call it tells that my phone is out of reach, pls anybody solve my problem, thanks

hey i got solutions for some problems-
HANGING PROBLEM - just go in settings> developers option> and select 2 background processes (if you choose no background processes multitasking will not be possible) . and clear the phone's ram before launching a game. the game will not freeze.
¤just restart your phone once in a day( note that after restart the developer option setting get to default. so you need to again change them)
SLOW PROCESSING- download application named android assistant from playstore. launch it and select cache cleaner and then select clean all. a bit of phone memory will be free now nearly 30-40 mb.
¤ clean the cache one in a week to clean temporary files.
HD VIDEOS- download an application named 'video converter android' and then launch it it will ask you to download a codec. download it. and launch the application again . select which video you want to convert. then select options -
'keep quality'
resolution-640x480
format-mp4 keep rest the options as it is.
once the video is converted YOU WILL ABLE TO PLAY VIDEO WITH BUILT IN VIDEO PLAYER AND THE QUALITY WILL BE SAME AS HD.
NETWORK ISSUES- the main problem with the phone is that it's SIM card slots are one below other. this results in network issues. (Samsung came to know about this problem and separated the slots in galaxy grand) . SIM card manager opt may help you.
APPS TO SD CARD:- sadly that's theSamsung's Os problem nothing can be done to it.
BUT you can move downloaded files to SD card.
go in the phones default browser and then in advanced settings and then select downloads in memory card. all downloads will directly downloaded in SD card.

such a waste to use this phone coz some apps are nt working correctly.call reccorder is not working.......................................................................suggest if any call recorder is working on it????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Hi Guys, in this phone dual smart is not working..i have enabled dual smart option,given 2 nums and checked receive incoming calls as well.but its not working.
when im on sim 1,im not getting calls to sim2,it says my sim2 is not reachable..
plz help on this

is there any key or option to pause video recordeing while recording video in samsung model GT-S7562 ? if there is no option for pause then it is major draw back for this model.

i bought it for 16900/- this is a crap. this is piece of shit. that what samsung has always been doing. launched @16900 and now they are selling it for 12400/-. it hangs a lot but if you insert one sim card it will work well. lot of network problem. while playing music there are clots in between songs. u really suck samsung. is that what you call value for money
