hi i hv been using this phone last 2 months.. but iam very much disappoint about this set . some time its second sim does not work properly. Its take 4/5 dial for 1 call from second sim.how can i solve this problem? plz help me..

I purchased Samsung Duos Galaxy s7562 two days back. I have Idea prepaid SIM Card... I have also loaded Idea Internet Express with 100 MB usage....but I am unable to connect to the Internet. I have contacted the Idea customer care and received all settings and saved them...so many times tried to Contact Idea Customer care but to no avail....Still not able to connect the internet....from my PC went to Your site...www.samsungcomand to get the operators manual downloaded but the site is not responding. Please advise how to get user manual manual on line so that I can download and go through it in detail...also advise how to connect to internet.Please treat this as urgent.
