I am not sure whether all android phones have this limitation. But this phone (7562) surely has the above limitation. So before buying any phone (android or Windows), clarify your doubts about this limitation.
If you buy mobile(s) based on SYMBIAN or Nokia BELLE o/s, you can surely buy closing your eyes because these two o/s (symbian and belle) will ask you where to install.

bought this phn a week ago. those who r talking abt so many -ve points abt it they are rite, but only 4 themselves. those who know abt proper operation of mobiles they should buy it. otherwise it ll b a slow boring phn 4 u. guys like me, who know how to deal with it, buy it cuz it is THE BEST SMART PHONE... at this price

Better buy SYMBIAN mobiles. Note that most of / all the Windows phones do not have inbuilt FM radio and does not supprort JAVA apps.
