Using this phone since 5 months. Must say im satisfied with this phone as its does everything for me. Performance improved by last firmware update. yes some internal memory issues but for that i keep installing application which i really need rather than putting evrything like a garbage into it. Its quite handy, comfortable, beautiful screen, great camera. Sometime lags, which i dnt mind waiting for few millisecond than to shell out thousands of my hard earned money. Don't know what ppl actually do by owning a supersonic speed smart phone. Totally Satisfied.

Device is not supporte... moremake sure you have administrator account to install proper drivers.
prefer local admin account.
KIES simply does not install or show any warnings if you do not have proper privileges.

This a very bad phone and if someone says it's a good phone then that person is not a heavy user of a smartphone. It's too slow and freeze a lot not like my Symbian Belle. With my former Nokia 701 Symbian Belle, multitasking is great...I play music while making calls and the other party hears the music from the background, as well as videos, data connection is smooth with and keeps connecting while call is on. But this android OS just can't just do all these tasks most especially this Samsung galaxy duos. It's never a smart phone and less to a cell phone. I bought it last week and it's really annoying and disappointing...waste of money...to slow and hangs. I will go back to my Nokia belle or windows phone. Nokia forever guys.

This phone would be alot more responsive if contacts and dialer apps stays always on RAM. This would help alot. Because this apps are a bit slow on this phone and is pretty annoying to have the phone lagging when you are in hurry to make a call. And making a call is the most basic feature of a phone
