how do i ugrade this phone to 4.1 jelly bean, shud i do it my self thru computer update or need to take it to samsung service centre, the current version running on phone is icecream sandwhich 4.0.4

The ram is provided is not as per description, but in actually it is 645 MB of ram.

Hi..
I have to buy a new phone soon and I'm confused between
1. samsung galaxy ace plus
2. samsung galaxy s duos
i dont know anything about phones so help me out..
The only considerations are good cal quality and ease of web browsing..

This phone is ok ..mine works well....i arrange apps into folders n disable powersaving....i also install task manager,cache cleaner,memory cleaner,antivirus n battery saver.....uninstall unecessary apps......always close previous tasks and the device will not lag......lastly install an another dialler......

probs-
1- how to remove 1 frm phone icon frm home screen?? Its continuously showing 1 on d green phn icn inside d menu n on home screen
I cleared content of phone, drm content & badge provider from applctn mangr bt nthng happng...
Plz tell wat to do... i m seeing it from a week..
2- walpapr of my home screen get zoomed automatically or gets chngd y so??
3- My phone pops up d message "unfortunately ur system UI has stopped", den all icons r deir wid screen black n notification bar gets hidden n aftr 10-15 secs evrythng is fine, y so??
how to get rid of it???
4- music playr strts autmtcly, symbol appears in d notfctn bar, y so???

I bought my S-duos on 24/12/2012. My device has a very poor call quality. Sometimes it produces very blurred sound, and not even understand, even if the the signal strength is maximum. sometimes sound is lagging as making calls through internet. some times the sound is clear. I am totally disappointed due to this problem

I cleared cont... more1.Pull down the screen and press clear.
2.Go to logs and press the left button options like delete will come on screen.
3.Enable badge provider to get messages.

On this page, it says DUO STANDBY. On some website its ACTIVE DUOs. So what kind of duo sim system is this device realy?

Its written 768 MB memory but in my SDUOS it shows only 645 MB. And its too slow to operate specially when click on pic and go to galary where your pic is saved and also when you go for contacts. What should i do to make it fast. Please Suggest.
