I've had a huawei dual-sim very similar to this samsung. I finally gave up on that phone (kept rebooting when wlan was on).
I need a dual sim with basic functionality (texting and calling). Would like to have wlan always on (since I have coverage almost anywhere: work, home,...). In your experience, this phone does not work properly? I would hate to buy another huawei-like product...

besides hanging all the time,, the battery doesnt keep even 6-7 hours.. I have to take charger with me all the time.

I use it less than 3 months and it works soo slow and freezes all the time. and restarts itself.. I am disappointed coz i always used duos samsungs..

Kenyanuser, 15 Jan 2013I am using the S Duos, my problem is that it cant retain ch... more4 tips:
1- if you long press the home button (or the go back button), it will take you to mobile RAM page. There you'll be able to free RAM by one click which will close your opened Apps in the background
2- Download the pro version of AVG antivirus. it helps you killing all the unwanted Apps in the best and smoothest way. Trusted App and I'm using it
3- Download Go task manager - the free version of the App. you can then add a widget of it and in one click, any background App will be closed for a more free RAM and a longer battery life. Don't download all Go Launcher Apps, only GO task manager App
4- Play with the battery saving setting for a longer life of battery. There you can close any activated setting that you actually don't need

Gingerbread can never be compared to ICS & JB firmwares

This phone does not run temple run smoothly first thing that really disappoints me, second thing I have noted is that it hangs mainly and mostly when you click on contacts after 3-5 seconds it shows the contact list, which is really annoying, third thing is that I am not able to move games and other applications which can be moved to SD card even tried using application app2SD, but there was no use. The plus point is the camera quality is good but no dedicated button for picture clicking. It does not play HD songs. Overall looks and camera quality is good. Rest is depressing.

it have hanging problem,very very slow speed,unable to move apps to sd card,it feels cold,it does not play most of the video,plz dont waste your time and money

S duos is really laggy n slow?,,,i dnt think so bcz it has 1 gzh pro n 678 mb ram...users plz reply m going to buy it...
