I purchased last year 25-07-2013 in this year mothe board was not working . but i used mobile very smoothly . samsung options is good but life is so short onlr weast my opion is dont purchase this .

This is one of the worst ever phones of samsung!
Im using this phone actually
It has no android upgrades
Cannot play games..it hangs
loading contacts hangs
loading gallery hangs
calling somebody. only after 15-20 seconds the call gets connected
however u try to maintain the phone the performance wont ever change!
This is a hopeless phone
Please for heaven sake dont buy this fone!
better go for moto e which is cheap and better than this soap box!

Never had a problem with it. My partner has a kitkat phone(nexus) and I exclusively use that phone too. And after using both phones I feel that except for few seconds extra response time S duos is quite good. Stop blaming the phones and check on how you all use your phone.

samsung galaxy s duos gt s7562 is the worst phone i have ever seen . it hangs very much . and not a single game can be played on this device .so friends dont buy this phone . even temple run can not be played on it nor subway surfer.

Using this phone for 1.5years. The only complain I have is the loading time for Gallery. It takes forever.

It hangs too much ....very slow in opening apps and contact list also while dialing number .
U have to be extraordinary person with lots of patience if you have to use this phone .
