1 - the dual sim isn't active, so is impossible receive a call in one sim when you are using another,
2 - the available memory for the user install all your apps is just 1,8gb !! and...
3 - is impossible, i repeat, impossible to install or move apps to sdcard!!
4 - how much more you use, it's gonna been slow, very, very slow
the worst dual sim of world!!!

for downloading for youtube ,,, you have to enter settings & apps setting then put a tick on unknown resources,,, then enter any web site like bing and make search for tubemate app,, this app is fabulous in downlaoding from youtube....

Well about gaming experience, you got only 1ghz processor so nothing great can be done.

not happy with the phone the battery drains out real quick 2 sim cards cannot be used the phone gets hanged really not happy with the kind of phone Samsung is giving and the customer service is bill shit
only 4 months old phone gets hanged while using internet and when the call comes in on the other line so i decided to use only one sim in the phone

Kiran, 23 Dec 2012Just last week i purchased this handset and it was working ... moreMr.Kiran reboot is nothing but just restarting ur device which is just switchin off and turning it on again.I recommend everyone to restart the device once in a week which will keep ur device run at perfect rate.

anuj, 23 Dec 2012after downloading rocket player i am getting the same problemFinal suggesgion try winamp.This might clear the issue.And also make sure tat you dont let any other apps to run in the background while listening to music. Or better wait for Jelly Bean tat will clear the problems.S Duos is my personal device and I love it.

Just last week i purchased this handset and it was working fine but from the last few days whenever i try downloading something from google play it shows me an error 923 stating i can not download because of that.please help and also i want to know how to reboot this device.

pramod vc, 22 Dec 2012am instaling the skype software but vedio calling not supportingi am using skype video calls in Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562 , you need to enable video calling when you installing skype. try to download skype at google play, when installing carefully watch and enable the skype video call option then ok.

While desire x has dual core processor while s duos has single core which is slow.SO Htc IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!
