This Phone could be Awesome if it had Android 2.3.6 instead of 4.0 then it could be fast which the original Galaxy S is.....

galaxy s duos. totally waste of money, don't purchase it. i am facing problems in this phone day by day. and samsung service center took more time to solve this problem, but after 1 week they can't solve it. and deadly slow..... :-(

There are more negatives than positives for thsi phone

1. The phone is very slow.
2. The phone hangs during incomming call. the call will display after 10 seconds of ringtone.

very slow speed, not worthy...
irritating me when I am using this... black screen come when I am switch screen/applications.
Phone is getting hang when receiving call.
Never expected this from a Rs.17k mobile.

There are only some positives for the phone the negatives are more.
(-ves)
1. Dead Slow (Contacts opening, Menu...etc.)
2. Phone is getting hang when receiving call.
3. Internet connection problem.
4. web pages getting stuck while scrolling.
(+ves)
1. Good design and the piece is stylish.
2. Cam quality is good.
Guys as it is single code processor don't go for it its very slow..

I'm using facebook nd facebook messenger app. the problem is availability of friends is not shown, oly list of friends will appear. Also wen someone pings me or replies to my chat i wont get any notifications. In settings notification alerts are on. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem.thx in advnace

I have tested this phone and these are the solutions for the music breakage,lag and apps moving to SD problems.
1.Music Breakage - If you want to listen to music use only the music app and close all the remaining apps and clear the Ram memory i.e., by holding the center button and swiping those apps.
2.Lag - Lag is common with this phone since it is a single core but it can be avoided by the following.
Always close the apps after using and dont let more than 5 apps to run in the backround.Do this and you wont experience a lag
3.Apps can be moved to SD card only if you root the device but you may lose your warranty if you do that and also you might put your device into risk.So dont root unless you have the exact knowledge about it.
Do understand its a Single core and expert performance accordingly.
It is my personal phone and taken into testing for two weeks for the people of GSM Arena and these are the solutions.
This phone is Awesome if you know how to use it.

Just activate your smart dual sim system by giving your dual mobile phone numbers and give tick mark to receive incoming calls. Now restart your phone. I think network problem will be solved.
If you delete your background running application with the help of task manager, the phone will be faster. This is an awesome phone if you can use it properly.
