My friends told me to choose a Samsung phone. I need a dual sim, dual cam with flash. I will mainly use it for skype. But this model has so many negative feedback here! Should I get Alcatel 997D instead? Need your advice guys...

And also u may not able to use the phone after tat.. So learn abt the rooting process in xda developers clearly. I am not responsible if you do anything wrong.. Tnx..

Visit this site www.xda-developers.com and search for this mobile and create an xda account before using the site.. They will show you the rooting process but you need to have an extra knowledge cuz it takes tine to understand tat developer site.. Tnx...

This Phone could be Awesome if it had Android 2.3.6 instead of 4.0 then it could be fast which the original Galaxy S is.....

galaxy s duos. totally waste of money, don't purchase it. i am facing problems in this phone day by day. and samsung service center took more time to solve this problem, but after 1 week they can't solve it. and deadly slow..... :-(

There are more negatives than positives for thsi phone

1. The phone is very slow.
2. The phone hangs during incomming call. the call will display after 10 seconds of ringtone.

1. Camera is good.
2. Design is good.

very slow speed, not worthy...
irritating me when I am using this... black screen come when I am switch screen/applications.
Phone is getting hang when receiving call.
Never expected this from a Rs.17k mobile.

There are only some positives for the phone the negatives are more.
(-ves)
1. Dead Slow (Contacts opening, Menu...etc.)
2. Phone is getting hang when receiving call.
3. Internet connection problem.
4. web pages getting stuck while scrolling.
(+ves)
1. Good design and the piece is stylish.
2. Cam quality is good.
Guys as it is single code processor don't go for it its very slow..
